We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold on this website are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, products will be available for download through your account.
Delivery Time: Products will be made available within a maximum of 12 hours after the completion of the order.
Due to the digital nature of the products, access is considered granted immediately upon purchase.
4. Licensing and Usage Rights
When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license type selected at checkout.
Licenses apply equally to Joomla templates, WordPress themes, Joomla extensions, and WordPress plugins unless stated otherwise.
Ownership of all products remains with us. You are purchasing usage rights only.

- Website may be personal or commercial
- No redistribution or resale of the product files
Commercial License
- Use on up to five (5) websites
- Websites may be owned by you or your organization
- No resale or distribution of source files
Extended License
- Use on one (1) website
- May be included in a single final product created for a client
- End users may be charged for the final product or service
- Product files may not be redistributed separately
You are responsible for selecting the correct license. Misuse of a license constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or distribute product files
- Offer products as part of a competing marketplace
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original products
- Remove copyright or licensing notices
- Use products in any illegal or unlawful manner
7. Support Services
Support is provided according to our Support Policy. Support periods available are 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your selection.
Support includes help with installation, configuration, and product-related issues, but does not include custom development, modifications, or third-party software support.
8. Updates

9. Installation Services
Optional installation services may be offered. Installation covers one website only and is subject to our Installation Policy.
We are not responsible for data loss or conflicts caused by existing installations or third-party plugins.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not guaranteed. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins or hosting
